oh the weather outside is frightful!

We had the BEST snow day ever in the south yesterday. We got over 6 inches of powdery, light, fluffy snow! Ryan and I both got a day off work so we took full advantage of it by relaxing and doing absolutely nothing. It was bliss. We did manage, however, to take our puppy to the park next door and play for an hour or two! She LOVED the snow. Seriously, she belongs in the tundra. I took 51 pictures of her yesterday. Yes, I know that's excessive, but she is my four-legged child.

(warning: i am no professional photographer.)

Ruby trying to catch a snowball in her mouth:

She did not understand why it exploded when it hit her mouth. It was hilarious.

A few pictures of the beautiful woods in the park beside our house:

the only decent picture i snapped of ryan and I:

i'll leave you with one more of my adorable ruby, just in case you haven't seen enough pictures already! :)

happy winter my loves!

  1. awesome pictures of your fur-baby catching those snowballs!!! Our yellow lab does the same thing... the look on their face as they try to figure it out is hilarious

  2. These are tooooo cute, my dog loves the snow as well, but we rarely ever get any here, so when we do he freaks out and just stays outside the whole time!

You are so lucky to have that much!
