Our loft!!!

This weekend has been so productive! We FINALLY cleaned out the back bedroom, which had been our "catch-all" room ever since we moved in to the lofts in June. It's looking so good! One of my dear friends, Tim, is flying in from Australia on October 15th and is spending 15 days with us, so we had to get that room cleaned out for him to sleep in! Sometimes all it takes is a little company coming into town to motivate you to decorate your space!

Not only is the back room coming together, but so is our living room! Ryan bought me this new sectional for our space:



And we also just bought this new shag rug to go in the living room:


This isn't a great picture, but the rug is really cool and super soft! We have stained concrete floors, so we desperately needed a rug to soften the place and add texture!

Now all we need are custom drapes (we have 12 foot ceilings so we have to get them custom made!), an awesome piece of artwork to go above the sectional, and a hanging room divider! We have this fabulous modern vision for our space, and we're hoping that it all comes together exactly the way we want! As soon as we're done, I'll put up pictures! I'm so excited to see the finished product!
